eatin: giorno cinquantadue

After a long-ish hike today (where we saw a snake!), we decided on an easy-ish dinner. The diificult part was boning the chicken legs, which I left to someone with way more kniferly dexterity than I - yay for spouses with mad cutting¹ skills.

Boned chicken legs are amazingly tender and fabulously-yummy.
