good habits

This year may prove quite trying in the academic arena.

Joe/Frank had been beavering away at a report (due tomorrow) and asked me to proof-read his draft. "Were you not supposed to write how subject x is portrayed in film y and not just write about subject x?" I asked.

You will not be surprised to learn that I was correct. Apparently there were a bunch of questions to answer and he hadn't answered them at all <sigh> This has now been resolved - although the job was rushed and of not-great quality.

I see a good deal of supervision, nagging and facebook banning in that boy's future.
